Orders & Pricing

Prices may change without notice. Custom orders may require a deposit. We reserve the right to refuse any order and will promptly refund any payment if applicable.

Shipping & Returns

Ready‑to‑ship items usually dispatch within 2–3 business days. Custom work is final sale unless defective. Contact us within 14 days for return eligibility of non‑custom items.

Warranty

We provide a lifetime stitching guarantee. Normal wear and misuse are excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
